Celebrate inside our warm timber-frame lodge, where panoramic windows and alpine architecture create a cozy yet elevated mountain atmosphere. With two options between Kika’s (up to 120 guests) and the Lone Pine (up to 220 guests), there’s an option that will make your celebration one to remember.

Food and beverage minimums range from $12,000 – $16,000, depending on your selected reception space. All food and beverages enjoyed throughout the day contribute toward your minimum. F&B minimums are subject to GST & 18% gratuity.

Norquay is the exclusive provider of food and beverage services (with the exception of approved specialty items such as wedding cakes), ensuring a cohesive and elevated dining experience from start to finish.

Bar service is available from 10:00 AM – 1:00 AM, with flexible options including cash, subsidized, or fully hosted bars.

Stunning Mountain Retreat Wedding

We had an amazing experience with Teha and the team at Mount Norquay as our wedding venue. From start to finish, they went above and beyond to make our day perfect. Most of our guests came from out of province, so we wanted a venue that had some amazing Alberta Rocky Mountain charm.

 Verified Definitely a trip highlight
We did the Ridgewalker with Zach as our guide and it was a fantastic experience. He made sure everyone was comfortable at every point in the experience and made everything feel less daunting. It was a great tour, giving us an adrenaline rush and leaving us feeling accomplished while still keeping us feeling safe.

My husband and I did the 2 hour Explorer with Eloise. It was an amazing time. Eloise was very engaging and helpful with tips to help us be successful. We felt very safe. My kids did the 4 hour Ridgewalker tour. They enjoyed it. They said it was a little more hiking than they had planned. The guides take great pictures of us and share them after, which is wonderful. Also, they let you borrow a backpack or shoes if you don’t have them, which is wonderful. Excellent adventure!!

 Verified An Unforgettable Thrill — Worth Every Second!
If you are looking for an adrenaline rush with breathtaking views, this Via Ferrata tour is an absolute must-do. From start to finish, the experience was seamless and thrilling. A special shoutout to our guide, Katsu, who was incredible throughout the trip. He was exceptionally friendly, completely professional, and made us feel 100% secure every step of the way—walking us through the equipment setup and safety protocols before we even touched the rock. On top of that, Tatsu took tons of fantastic pictures for us during the climb so we could just focus on enjoying the moment! The route itself offered a perfect balance: challenging enough to be exciting without ever feeling reckless or overwhelming. Iron rungs, suspension bridges, and sheer vertical drops made for an unforgettable sense of accomplishment at the summit. Highly recommend this tour to anyone looking to step out of their comfort zone. You don't need prior climbing experience, just a decent level of fitness and a sense of adventure!

 Verified Trip of a lifetime!
This was a quite amazing visit, such helpful staff and you are able to go up in an outdoor chairlift for the full experience. Pick up shuttles exactly on time, and it was all great value for money. We also had lunch at the lovely restaurant at the top! Icing on the cake was seeing a brown bear on the way up in the shuttle!

Our 4-hour Via Ferrata climb was an absolute highlight of our trip, made truly unforgettable by our phenomenal guide, “Big Rock”! Scaling the cliffs and crossing the suspension bridges offered an incredible alpine thrill with jaw-dropping views of Banff, but it was Big Rock’s perfect blend of expertise, humor, and encouragement that made us feel completely confident and secure every step of the way. The four-hour route was the ideal pace—challenging enough to give us an amazing adrenaline rush, yet leaving us energized rather than exhausted.  Verified Amazing via ferrata experience
Decided to do the 4.5h skyline route on a cloudy, rainy day and was amazing. The climbing starts at the top of the chairlift, which is above the layer of low-level clouds. It's not too difficult but long and you get stunning views of all the mountains as you hang off the cliff face. There's a suspension bridge and wire crossing too. Our guide Ben was amazing too, very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend!

I can't believe it has already been over a week since we got married at Norquay. Teha, Karty and team, what can I say... having a big wedding was never my dream. I chose to have a big wedding because it was important to my fiance that his family all have the opportunity to come and celebrate with us. All the work you put in - the quick and consistent (but not irritating) communication, the support when it came to our set up and take down (and flexibility on timing for both days), your ability to work with us on personalizing our menu, on helping with transportation needs and all sorts of other questions... you made it feel like it was something I wanted all along. The ceremony and reception at Norquay flew by. It gave us exactly what we needed - a quieter space, away from the stares of tourists, during the busiest season in Banff. Both the ceremony location and Kika's were absolutely beautiful. And, as promised by Teha, we received so many compliments about the food. Most importantly, we had a few guests with very severe allergies - and they were so well taken care of by your team. All this in addition to the fact that you were a super affordable choice. I don't plan on getting married again but if I did, I would be reaching out to Norquay.

 Verified Inexpensive way to incredible views of the Banff valley
If you’re going for the sightseeing and incredible views of the valley, this is a lower cost way to do it (vs Banff Gondola). They pick up and drop off in downtown Banff so it’s super convenient. Ski resort is on the older side but not an issue if you’re just going to the chairlift ride and views. We were going to see wildlife but didn’t spot any.

Planning & Event Details

Make arrival seamless for your guests. Our two 24-passenger buses are available for hire, offering round-trip transportation between Banff and Norquay (approximately 25–30 minutes each way). Multiple trips can be made as needed to accommodate your group.

You will have access to Norquay facilities prior to your wedding for décor and set-up. All personal items must be removed the day following your event.

A non-refundable $2,000 deposit is required to secure your date (applied to final balance). 90% of the estimated total is due one month prior to your wedding date. Final invoice is issued the day after your event and is due upon receipt. Pricing is guaranteed 60 days prior to your event date.
