Lone Pine Lawn

Exchange vows in true mountain style at the base of the Cascade Chair. The Lone Pine Lawn is just a 5-minute walk (or tiny drive) from the Cascade Lodge and offers a truly intimate, down-to-earth atmosphere for your ceremony.
Includes set-up, a weather alternative inside the lodge, signing table and water station. Transportation options to and from the ceremony site are available. Please note: chairs are not included. Chairs can be easily rented from Special Event Rentals in Banff.
Cascade Lodge Patio
Rental Fee: $1,500.00

Simple and easy, just a few steps away from the lodge, this easily accessible outdoor space is both natural and refined, surrounded by spectacular mountains and breathtaking views of Mt Norquay.
Includes chairs, set-up, a weather alternative inside the lodge, signing table and water station.
Frequently Asked Questions
The food and beverage minimum is between $10K – $14K excluding applicable taxes and gratuity. The minimum is based on the room you select to host your reception in. All food and drink consumed throughout the day go towards your minimum.
Please note: if food and beverage minimums are not met, you are responsible for the remaining amount. Food and beverage minimums do not include tax and service charges.
Included with each room booking is full use of all furnishings, plate-ware and silverware, a portable dance floor, podium, and the in-house sound system for background music.
Part of the uniqueness of celebrating your wedding at Norquay is the majestic rocky mountain backdrop. Getting married outdoors within our natural landscape is both an inspiring and authentic Banff National Park experience. There are two stunning outdoor options.
All food and beverage prices are subject to a 18% service charge, and goods and services tax.
Norquay will be the sole supplier of food and beverage items, with the exception of wedding cakes and other special items (as approved by the Food and Beverage Manager).
Norquay policy permits the service of alcoholic beverages from 10am-1am. All prices are subject to change without notice. However, Norquay will guarantee prices 60 days prior to the function date. To set up your bar payment, you can choose from three options: cash, subsidised cash, or fully hosted.
Enjoy a smooth and stress-free celebration, from start to finish at Norquay. For your convenience, our fleet of three 24-passenger buses is available for hire. The round trip between Banff and Norquay is approximately 25 – 30 minutes, and this round trip can be made several times to transport your group, as needed:
3 hours – $500
Additional hours – $180
Before your big day, Norquay facilities are available for your access for set-up purposes. All personal and décor items must be removed on the day after your event.
To guarantee a booking, we required a deposit of $2,000. This deposit is non-refundable and will be deducted from the final balance.
Ninety percent (90%) of the total estimated cost of your event is required one month prior to the event date. This amount will be charged to the credit card on file if payment is not received in advance. No refunds will be made on deposits within 30 days of your event.
On the day after your event, you will receive the final invoice. Payment is required on the same day. We look forward to designing the wedding of your dreams!
